Due to the perishable nature of meat products, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing/cutting starts.
  • Once the order is processed, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Quantity mismatch
  • Product quality issue at the time of delivery

issue must be reported within 30-60 minutes of delivery with photos/videos.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delay due to traffic or weather
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Minor weight variations due to natural processing

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must include Order ID and issue details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Refund timelines depend on payment gateway policies.

5. COD OrdersFor COD orders, refunds (if approved) may be processed as store credit or alternate method decided by Instameat.shop.
